Yes, sir.

Speaker 2

Your name Warren?

Speaker 3

Yes, sir.

Speaker 3

This is Warren.

Speaker 2

Okay, I I need to actually file a lawsuit on y'all, and I'm actually calling you first to let you know that I'm getting ready to file a lawsuit on the whole grocery store uh uh for what did happen to me.

Speaker 3

Uh sir, calm let me let me get uh hold on a second.

Speaker 3

Sir, let me do this.

Speaker 3

Let me let me uh what what did you say your name was?

Speaker 2

My name is Evans.

Speaker 2

Evans is my name.

Speaker 3

So Evans is your last name.

Speaker 3

Let me let me write this down.

Speaker 3

And you came in to my store.

Speaker 3

Did you have an accident in my store or something?

Speaker 3

I'm not exactly sure what you're calling about.

Speaker 2

I I I ain't had no accident.

Speaker 2

What Apple was I came in there yesterday and I bought uh a bunch of groceries and I bought a carton of eggs.

Speaker 3

Right.

Speaker 2

Now when I got home, I I was checking to make sure the eggs didn't didn't break on the way home.

Speaker 2

When I got home, it was a baby chick inside the egg carton, man.

Speaker 2

One of the eggs had it had hatched and got my kids traumatized and uh they don't even want to eat breakfast or nothing around here because it's a baby chick inside the cart the eggs.

Speaker 2

That don't make no sense, man.

Speaker 3

Sir, um I don't mean to uh let me so you tell me there was a a a chicken, a baby chicken, actual chicken in the air.

Speaker 2

The baby chick inside the cart and the eggs, man.

Speaker 2

Speaker 3

If you just calm down for one second.

Speaker 3

Listen, um

Speaker 2

what I told y'all, put that chicken down in there.

Speaker 2

Put it down, it might have rabies.

Speaker 3

Say what the I don't even think that that's possible.

Speaker 3

First of all, if you had any idea how this thing comes from the farm to the store, it is it they go over these eggs a countless number of times.

Speaker 3

And the temperature in the freezer, first of all, wouldn't even allow for a chicken to be allowed.

Speaker 2

If you had a baby, I don't know why this one is a good idea.

Speaker 2

This one might I I don't know how this one got past the system.

Speaker 2

Okay.

Speaker 2

But what I do know is we got a baby chick over here running around because y'all so ain't doing what y'all supposed to do, man.

Speaker 2

And I gotta and now my kids are traumatized behind this.

Speaker 3

When did you say you were in here?

Speaker 2

I was in there yesterday.

Speaker 2

I bought the eggs yesterday, man.

Speaker 2

Yes.

Speaker 2

I bought them except the grocery store.

Speaker 2

I sure did.

Speaker 3

Okay.

Speaker 3

Let's do this.

Speaker 3

Why don't you bring the eggs in to me and the chick.

Speaker 2

So now you want me to transport a baby chick back to the grocery store?

Speaker 2

Look, we already traumatized over here already behind this doggone baby chick, man.

Speaker 3

So I'm not I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to pull here.

Speaker 3

But I I just don't I don't think first of all, any any of our common sense would tell you that that's not possible, first of all.

Speaker 3

You can't have a baby chick uh living in a in a in a a dozen eggs.

Speaker 3

There is no possible way that this the temperature in my freezers are right above freezing.

Speaker 3

There's no chickens are a fragile creature in the first place.

Speaker 3

You can't have a little bird is not gonna survive the transport from the farm to the factory to my store.

Speaker 2

This bird seems trying to be here.

Speaker 2

This hey, hey, hey, I'm not gonna go back and forth with you.

Speaker 3

If you want to bring me a dozen eggs, bring the dozen eggs in.

Speaker 3

If you can catch the chick, catch the chick.

Speaker 2

Hey man, you can't you you're supposed to be the manager.

Speaker 2

You're not supposed to talk to me like this.

Speaker 3

So I'm just trying to tell you uh as politely as possible.

Speaker 3

If you want to bring in the the leaven eggs and a chick, I will gladly refund your money, give you another card and eggs, whatever you want to do.

Speaker 2

But I've not seen what's going on.

Speaker 2

But I'm gonna file a lawsuit because y'all done traumatized me and my kids.

Speaker 3

Sir, listen.

Speaker 3

All right, let's just bring this down.

Speaker 3

A lawsuit, sir, it over a uh uh a Dozen eggs over the biggest.

Speaker 2

I mean a dozen eggs baby chick in it, man.

Speaker 3

Sir, let me uh let me get your phone number and some information and I'll call to my manager and we will figure this thing out for you because I I just I just don't believe that this would be possible.

Speaker 3

I just I don't understand how you would have chick.

Speaker 2

Let him let just leave them over there.

Speaker 2

Don't touch the chicken.

Speaker 3

I just don't believe that this could possibly be happening.

Speaker 3

So this is it's it's unbelievable to me to even get this phone call.

Speaker 2

Sir, I don't have time to go back and forth with you about how something happened.

Speaker 2

All I know is it maybe it's a fluke accident, okay?

Speaker 2

But it happened.

Speaker 2

My kids are over here playing with a baby chick, and uh, and I'm traumatized.

Speaker 2

I don't even want to ever have breakfast ever again, and I'm gonna to make so I file a lawsuit on your d store and your show.

Speaker 3

Speaker 3

I don't have anything to do with me.

Speaker 3

I I didn't do anything uh uh except come into work today.

Speaker 3

You understand what I'm saying?

If you want to file a lawsuit, okay, I'm gonna file a lawsuit.

Speaker 2

I'm following a lawsuit on the grocery store, and I'm fileing a lawsuit on the manager, Warren, which is your for giving me a d hard time about what I'm telling you that happened.

Speaker 3

You ain't even got a hard time out of me yet.

Speaker 3

You understand what I'm saying?

Speaker 3

You have a hard time come down here with those eggs.

Speaker 2

I'm bringing the eggs down here, and I'm bringing that d baby chick that's back down there too.

Speaker 2

I'm bringing all of it.

Speaker 3

Well, please, because I'd like to see it.

Speaker 3

How much did you pay for those eggs?

Speaker 2

I paid by two dollars.

Speaker 2

It ain't about how much I paid for the eggs.

Speaker 2

It's what you have traumatized for.

Speaker 2

I don't give a dumb time.

Speaker 3

I got customs out here in line, legitimate people off my sister, and not some jack on the telephone talking about some chicken and a grabbing egg.

Speaker 2

Okay, well, let me let me tell you this too.

Speaker 2

Do you have a guy that works at the checkout uh uh name uh tyrant?

Speaker 2
