Speaker 1

You know, the kids go to the to the to the closet to get their blankets.

Speaker 1

Speaker 1

your son is rushing to the closet to make sure he gets the pink blanket.

Speaker 1

And he doesn't want the blue or the red blanket that all the other boys are fighting over.

Speaker 1

Your son wants the pink blanket.

Speaker 2

Four years old.

Speaker 2

What do you mean?

Speaker 2

It's a pink blanket.

Speaker 1

Right.

Speaker 1

But let me let me Things continue a little further.

Speaker 1

That's not the only thing that's been taking place.

Speaker 1

Now, at three o'clock in the evening, the the young boys go out and they play ball in the back.

Speaker 1

You know, we have a complete playground for them.

Speaker 1

For the girls, they the girls stay inside.

Speaker 1

And we have an instructor that comes over and teaches them ballet.

Speaker 1

But your son, well, your your son wants to stay inside and and he wants to do the ballet.

Speaker 1

He he's actually he he's actually taking some of the shoes, the ballet shoes from one of the girls.

Speaker 1

And he he's been wearing them for the last three weeks every day through uh uh while while he's here at the daycare.

Speaker 1

He wears the ballet shoes.

Speaker 2

So so so what so what the hell are you trying to tell me?

Speaker 2

My my son look what what what are you thinking?

Speaker 2

He wearing ballet shoes?

Speaker 1

That that's what that's why that's why I wanted to call you, man, and talk to you.

Speaker 1

You know, I didn't want to talk to your wife.

Speaker 1

I wanted to talk to you.

Speaker 1

He's been putting on his ballet shoes, and he don't want to go out and play with the boys.

Speaker 1

He he he wearing the ballet shoes, man.

Speaker 1

And he he knew when the ballet instructor comes.

Speaker 2

I'm trying to figure out why he's putting on the ballet shoes and y'all let me put on the ballet shoes.

Speaker 1

Well, I I've let it go on a couple weeks.

Speaker 1

He's been he he he every time I've tried to take the ballet shoes from him, he started crying, and I let it go for so long, and I said, you know what, I'm just gonna call the father and talk to him.

Speaker 1

I'm glad you did.

Speaker 1
